Sunsama is a daily planner that guides you through planning your day and blocking time on your calendar. PaxHelm brings tasks, mail, calendar and follow-ups into one view of the day, and keeps a permanent Free plan. Here is when each one is the better choice.

Which to choose.
They do not do the same job. The choice depends on where your work lives.
Stay with Sunsama if your tasks live in other tools.
If work arrives from Asana, Jira, Trello or Notion, Sunsama pulls it from those tools. PaxHelm does not have those integrations.
Choose PaxHelm if mail is part of the work.
Messages are read and answered in the same place as your tasks, and the conversation stays connected to the next action.
Choose PaxHelm if you wait on replies.
Each follow-up keeps the subject, the person and the date. When the reply does not arrive, it moves to Overdue.
Choose PaxHelm if you want to start without paying.
The Free plan never expires and asks for no card: 1 person, 1 mail account and 2 devices.
